Returns
Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect product received
- Manufacturing defects
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear unboxing video
- Product images showing the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for:
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item delivered

Exchange Conditions
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Used, altered, washed, perfumed, or damaged products will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
- Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Products without original tags or packaging
Quality Check
All returned products will undergo quality inspection after being received by our team. Refund or exchange approval will be processed only after successful inspection.
If the product does not pass quality check, it may be returned back to the customer.
Return Shipping
For all approved returns or exchanges, customers are required to self-ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
Customers must pack the product securely and use a reliable courier service with tracking.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only if a replacement product is unavailable.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Bank/payment gateway processing timelines may vary.
