Once your order is placed successfully, our team starts processing it for confirmation, packing, and dispatch.

  • Customized or embroidered products may require additional preparation time.
Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier availability, and serviceable pin code.

  • Metro cities may receive faster delivery.
  • Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
  • Delivery delays may occur during festivals, sales, weather issues, or courier disruptions.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before payment confirmation.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless specifically approved by Dhaaga Beats.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or available order updates.

Customers are requested to track the shipment using the courier tracking link or AWB number provided.

Delivery Attempts
  • Please ensure your address and contact number are correct while placing the order.
  • If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, or failed contact attempts, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
Damaged Package on Delivery

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, please take clear photos and record an unboxing video before opening.

Cash on Delivery

Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available on Dhaaga Beats. We accept prepaid orders only through secure online payment methods available at checkout.
